Essentially the Scheme is primarily designed to cater for the basic social needs of the students beginning with

• intra-city transport services,

• health care delivery packages for students,

• insurance policy coverage,

• hostel accommodation for students,

• scholarship for students

• subsidized agricultural campaign programme

• ancillary supportive welfare schemes to students such as protection

• assistance for students by Nigeria Security Agents (Forces).

Prevention and control of HIV/AIDS among students. Organized free medical check ups/ consultation for students for quite number of time in a year will form the bulk of health care delivery package. This is designed to tackle depression and other ailment among students.

Talent hunts , free education for indigent students are not exempted from the idea.

Also we have designed a way whereby our students will have the opportunity of meeting foreign student- such as student conference and seminars across the globe, sport tournament among students.

Strategies

Our Offices nationwide serve as help desk for students and they are fully equipped with rescue team and materials to reach out to stranded students within the axis. Helpline is  provided on the membership card for every students to have access to relate with the organization incase of emergency. We also have relationship with some institutions to create accommodation for stranded members for days.

We are in final stages to provide Student Hostels nationwide where our students members will be privileged to stay for days under some regulations.  we have acquired some accommodations in some cities Lagos, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Warri and Abuja. And we are working towards getting more accommodations in other major cities.

We have agreed to work with security agents like police to give to our members the necessary assistance that one might need as the case may be. Discussions with Minister of Health is underway on health package for our members also with Ministry of Transport for students rebates on transportation nationwide.

In the agric sector we are in alliance with 1st Niger-Delta Agricultural Festival to redirect the notion of Nigeria Students to Agriculture and create a convincing and comfortable environment in agric sector that will make them be focused. Insurance scheme package for our member activities and lots more.
